I had a great experience buying my car here. The pricing was completely transparent, and there was zero hassle throughout the process. What really stood out to me was their honesty! I accidentally overpaid by $20 when counting my cash, and they immediately gave it back. That says a lot about their character. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward, trustworthy car buying experience.

Me and my fiancé came to certified auto direct to get me an early birthday present. The employees here were very nice and explained everything very clearly and made it a simple process. They were also willing to work with us on payments!

I originally had my eye on a different vehicle, but it just wasn’t in the cards for us. Summer and everyone at Certified Auto truly went above and beyond to make our purchase an amazing experience. Even after I got my car, a service light came on, I messaged Summer, and she had me bring the car in that very morning to get it checked out. They ordered the part the same day! I am so happy I was referred to this company and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.
